Updating Payment Method

I was wondering if there were any expedited or alternative ways of updating my Payment Method through DailyPay? I'm a US member utilizing ACH/Direct Deposit, and recently swapped bank accounts; that said, it seems that it's been difficult to get ahold of anyone whom can help with the issue. I sent a second email after having not heard from the first in several days (I know things get busy, so I do apologize if it was redundant) but given that it's sort of a needed swap, I'm just hoping to get this fixed up quickly. Is there anything I can do?
