Hi, staff are working on payouts at the moment, when they are working on payouts I dont disturb them as they have to process funds as quickly as possible for alot of accounts, me chatting to them can put them off and cause errors sorry. Alot of deadlines to be met etc and the pressure can get really high each day for them.
