Incorrect pay received

Hi
My pay yesterday was short by around £50 and the email I sent yesterday marked urgent has received no response. Could you look into it please?

Yesterday was Wednesday.
Given that I am repaying a random payment that I received from yourselves in error, for which no explanation was ever offered, I think it's reasonable that the repayment terms are adhered to.
I don't cam every day and as it happens I didn't cam on Monday so had no pay due on Tuesday. The repayment could have waited till next Tuesday, rather than simply taking it on Wednesday without informing me or asking me if this was ok.
I've been on Daily Pay for years, with no problems whatsoever and am very happy with it, but this has been very annoying.

Hi, repayment comes off on Tuesday, regardless of earnings, earnings or no earnings wasnt mentioned when it was mentioned "take off every Tuesday".
As you have already been paid these funds there is little room for movement, its not as if you lost any money due to the error, you benefited from it by being paid early.

Ok, thanks. Obviously I understood Tuesday to mean the day on which I actually get paid, rather than the day I do the work.

Why can't i transfer my funds it saying EU VAT consumer along with a name of some guy and his address - will receive all of my funds? I cant even delete his name or address out of the form that is provided for when i transfer my funds?

Hi, just the one form of contact is needed please, so far I have seen a ticket via this forum, an email and now a forum post, there is no need to spam us at all please.
Email will be replied to shortly, there is nothing wrong and everything is ok. If you did manage to make that transfer you would be costing yourself 20% extra and a 3week wait for the funds, very lucky that lock and those details are there eh?
