re: cannot transfer funds

hi, just sent an email but fear no one will see it till tomorrow
I recently changed my bank details with you and I got an email back to say my dailypay account was re-activated
but my adultwork still says "your group manager has disabled your ability to transfer funds"
also there is a mans name and details in all of the payment method forms.
Just wondering what I am doing wrong and can you help me fix it?
