I understand you are super busy. Yesterday I was told on the chat help that I would have recieved a confirmation email from you and AW yesterday, with funds likely appearing in my account today.
As still nothing, I am so confused if my application has gone through or not, do I need to make a new one?
Would be great if someone could check.

Hi, yes we have received your application. We have been processing applications from 7am this morning and are still doing so, I imagine you will be coming up soon. We are just asking all members to please be patient as we are working through them all as quickly as we possibly can.
