Help me please! Still no pay.

Hey everyone,
New member here and very anxious too.
Signed up to DP nearly two weeks ago and no pay, requested twice now. Emailed admin around 3 times with no answers.
No idea if I've done my details wrong or it's not gone through? I know theres been a delay but a response would be great!
