Justcamit lite saying just chat no visual

Hi People.

Yesterday my Justcamit lite I use stopped working and doesn't show visuals to the customer only typing (my sound isn't working so been using a phone until I get a new camera with sound) I can't find out how to change it so people can see me. Does anyone know how to fix this or had a similar problem?
