HI, I have still not had the $50 i won on a contest 26th nov, i did contact on Skype and was told a message was sent to you, can this please be added today. thanks

Hi
I am so confused. You do pay the earnings from the previous day but you can't pay the earnings from previous week.It's the same account with earnings but still the adjustment is missing.I've sent a copy of the adjustment in 5 emails and still after a week those money aren't in my account.
Is the same person who handle my account? Or one is paying daily earnings and other the adjustments?
