In answer to what's happening, I don't think anyone knows. The boards are filled with queries and not one person has had a response this week.
This is very, very unusual and my only conclusion is that Colin is on holiday, and nobody else is either answering our queries or has the authority to do so.

If Colin is away, just a quick post giving us a date when posts will be responded to would be appreciated.

I'm on daily pay. Oh gosh this is shocking. We had this problem before Crimbo... hope it resolves its self pretty fast.
Yes a update would be fab.. otherwise lots of people will not be joining and leaving after reading those posts. Eeeek not good. X

I'm daily pay too and not been paid. But I'm guessing it's just us though and a few weekly paid people. If it was everyone then there would be a thread over on the other forum (well that's what normally happens).
My guess is we will be paid yesterdays money with todays. x

I'm also due money and have had no response to my post... But I don't think it's anything to worry about.

Colin has been running the Dailypay service for ten years. It's not only the longest running, but also the largest and the market leader.
In all that time I don't think he's ever had as much as a short holiday.

The forum is looking bad because people only come on here and post when they have a problem. And for many people it's there only income.
Just a quick wee update from anyone at the office would be re-assuring .

Still missing payment and 1 email saying what date 2 days ago. So I told them the date and they still have ignored me and missed my payment.
I'm coming off daily pay. Thanks for your help daily pay.
