Hi all I'm wandering if anyone can help me , for a few months now.
Done a speed test and I have 180meg internet speeds !!
When I login to get only around 150kbs BW and I only support pcs not phones etc and I'm losing a lot of money because of this, I've put my fps on the lowest and disabled audio and still the same, defraged laptop too, also I don't run any other programs not even Internet explorer I just don't get it, any advise or help from anyone would be appreciated, I get so many emails asking why I don't support thank you xxx

Have you tried lowering your max bitrate? Also, internet speed is measured in mbps and it is not possible to get 180mbps - the maximum speed internet companies sell is 100mbps and most people don't actually receive that. The average actual speed that people get is 8mbps - this is what I have....my frame rate is set at 30 and my max bitrate is set at 800kbps. Depending on how well my internet is performing, I can usually get a bandwidth of 500kbps which gives me PC and android. I get tablet at 600kbps. I never get all 4 icons lit up.

It would be helpful if you did the speed test again and post your results here - the best speed test is http://www.speedtest.net - it will be easier to tell you what to set your frame and bit rates at then :)
