Urgent Payment not received today

I have not received the approximate £100 today that was expected in my UK account from earnings 17/01
I recently contacted you to change to my dutch account, by I was finally was responded to yesterday that this requires setting up Payoneer. This will take a while to set up and they have emailed to tell me it will take a few days to review before I can go to the next step. Until then I still need Daily pay to my UK account. This is my only source of income.
I am assuming my money is being held, however I urgently needed yesterdays funds to live off of and there was no mention my payment would be stopped until my Payoneer was up and working.
Please let me know what is happening,
