Help please

Adultwork have removed my phone / sms ability from my profile and won't let me tick the box in registration anymore and I don't understand why , don't know when they did it as only just noticed it and not been only much the past month but been on adultwork 12 years and I'm fuming , what can I do ? Anyone know why ? Colin any help ? Xxx
