Is Admin replying to Tickets? Or emails?

Hi

Its been over 24 hours since iv made contact with you guys. Can someone please tell me if the team are actually responding to tickets and emails? And whats the wait time? Iv emailed, AW messaged the manager, ticket, and a shoutout of DP forum, and now this a thread.

I think it's suppose to be 24 hours but I've not heard back from them at all either. Perhaps a lot of people/payments to deal with but a response would be appreciated. Tbf they have always paid me everything they are suppose to and usually in good time, other than when crisis was going on but what seems like a ghost like demenaeur lately makes me feel less excited about this group lol. I hope you get a response soon xx

Hi, ruby emails here and being checked, its a big email so may be a while, others can be replied to within seconds but as you know, yours cant be.

About the ghost affect, its most likely down to the new customer service centre being built. I have been spending alot of time there getting it ready, once up, anyone can call during the day and get instant communications.

Thank god for that. Thanks Admin as iv been even worrying about working, although i did last night. Nice to have contact and know that you have it. Yes a long email indeed? To get a real understanding

Can you just scrap every question in the email, and replt to that at a later date please.

I do not wish it to hinder receiving and sorting out my correct payment i should have received on the 27th.

I appreciate you have the email, and are going through it but i would like the main reason for the email which is in subject bar to be dealt with immedialty without any further delays, as you can see the ither questions are not relevant to getting the payment im querying about.
