Posted on here, have e-mailed, sent msg on Skype and e-mail to AW etc haven't received a reply, directcam is saying blocked from pay per min think it may possibly be due to many cam/internet issues but haven't been able to get it rectified as of yet and I am desperate to be able to work asap please help also sorry for being a pest!

I think there's a fault on direct cam. People can get through to me then next minute it is saying 'you are not permitted to cam with this person' also I am showing as being in a group session when I am set as 'not available' on AW and have logged off all very fishy! I have emailed AW but my friend having same issue when people calling her it is telling them that they are not permitted. I know abit different but seems weird as happening around the same time

Hi, when logged into cam, on this page http://www.adultwork.com/MyDetails.asp is it showing all green for the icons?

Hi yep all green for the four icons, shows me as online via the site for 5 mins then doesn't show me up as being available for DirectCam anymore even though I am still logged in. Every time I log back in & out to the software it does the same thing. Never shows me as online/available for DirectCam for longer than 5 minutes

I've just completely wiped my laptop as well just incase it was a problem with an add on etc but it is still doing exactly the same thing.

Mine shows all green icons too! I'm back on tomo hopefully it's fixed.in my case AW have said it blocks callers when it believes they are alias which no one who has called me is but hey ho let's just hope it starts working. Miss Ryan I hope you get yours sorted too x

Just had a reg email me saying that they have tried to come in my room when the green light was showing but they couldn't connect really desperately need help with AW now not getting any help from them need to work so sooooo badly
