justcamit software not working

Hi there, i am having a problem with justcamit.

When i open and load it my cam doesnt show it is just a black screen. But when i use justcamit lite my cam comes on no problem.

I tried justcamit on my other computer as well. It doesnt work through normal just camit either, i just have a black screen even though my webcam is on. But when i use justcamit lite it works fine. This suddenly happened on both computers last night with both my solo and couple account.

Do you know how i can fix this?

tried everything but i still jsut get a black screen when i open justcamit. It lets me log in fine but my screen is black my end and client end.

I can load justcamit lite fine, i can skype fine, i can view my cam fine every other way apart from through justcamit main software.

This is the same on both my computers and happened both last night.

Is there an error jsutcamits end?

any advice??

i have tried reinstalling justcamit, restarting my laptop etc etc

Had the same issue, JC completely froze my computer so I uninstalled it. Now I cannot reinstall as when I go onto istreaming it’s just a blank page with the logo? Can anyone help?
