Problems I have been having with AW have been going on for almost a month now, every time I contact them they just send me a trouble shoot link and don't seem to read anything I send I'm at my wits end now. I know this has nothing to do with admin & that you're very busy but I know you've helped other people get their profiles back and am hoping you'll be able to help me get back on cam or maybe at least help me to get a reply or some kind of help from them>
