Help needed please

Hi, i have been camming all day on both my couple and solo profiles. I just logged into both profiles about 30 mins ago and updated them. I have just tried to check them again and now when i try to log in on the adultwork site it says NO MEMBER WAS FOUND WITH THIS NICKNAME AND PASSWORD. I now can log in to directcam either with my solo account blondeandpetite or my couple account jennyandjames, it just says No active user exists with that username/password combination (1).

Please can you let me know what has happened. I am sick and tired of adultwork blocking my account and messing up my earnings every so often. This has happened before for no reason. I am verified, stick to all the rules and do nothing wrong. Last time i checked you were allowed to have a solo and couple account and use both in the correct way.

Please can you check for me what is going on, thanks.
