How Long For Approval For Clips4Sale store?

Hello, I requested for my Clips4Sale store (store: 49941) to be on the dailypay system however I have not heard back from the admin. I was also not given the opportunity to say whether i wanted daily pay/weekly pay, etc. What should I do?
