Missing Pay

Hi there, I am on weekly pay being paid every monday. I thought i had been underpaid yesterday but then I realised its because you have left some credits in my adultwork account. I'm not too sure why as I didnt work Sunday so these credits should have all been available for processing on Monday due to Adultworks 24 hours to mature rule. I tried to whatsapp and email but no reply and then I filled out a payment request for the remaining credits, you said it would not be possible to transfer as its less than 30 credits in my account but there is over 30. Would it please be possible to fix this soon or whatsapp/email me back?

Hi, if credits left it would be due to the 24hour AW rule of only allowing transfer of them 24hours after earning them.

If staff mentioned not enough credits then its either related to the 24hour rule or negative balance bringing it down.
