Faster Payment Service down for many high street banks

Just thought people should know that there are problems with the faster payment system for many high street banks - I tried transferring some money to my mum and it wasn't working, and I also noticed I hadn't been paid yet - phoned Halifax and apparently it's been down since last night

You can contact them via AW, their username is LWA or e-mail them, I'm sure they'll probably see your post though.

If it's in reference to the issue with the faster payment system - there's not anything they can do, it's down to the banks unfortunately. Will just have to wait until it's sorted... Sigh.
