I haven’t been paid today and not receiving a response on Whatsapp?

I’m having same issue, it’s normally in by now and I’ve messaged on what’s app but nothing, I’m abit worried now DP.

I’m sure there’s no need to worry, this rarely happens. Hopefully it’ll get sorted soon

Hello admin, Yesterday afternoon I sent my payout request, today at around 1pm, I asked in Skype if you have received it, I haven't heard anything sent an other message in Skype around half an hour ago. Thanks

I never like to bother people but i'm on 'payonrequest' and haven't received mine after requesting it 4 days ago. Anyone else waiting?

Hi, kinkygirl, I believe it was related to a username change not reaching the correct people quick enough sorry. I have updated the account to work on your userID aswell which should stop the problem occurring in the future.

Hi Evee, request came in on the 25th just after the morning USD payments are sent out, they are actioned once per day so the next time it would be sent is the 26th, looks like staff sent on the 26th ok.

You probably missed the cut off point for that morning by 30-60mins just as staff usually send them out early in the morning.
