Why does the service turn to s**t whenever Admin's away

Been through so much bullshit just to try and get paid.
Being blatantly ignored, belittled and lied to is pretty offensive!
It is so exhausting having to argue for days just to be paid what you're due, always seems to happen when admin isn't around!
When people look at your service, all they see is how the staff constantly mess up when he's away!
