Hi all, as we change bank details on AW also, they have had to cancel the pending transfers in order for us to re-send them to the new details.
This wont affect anything on your end at all, you can proceed as normal.
For NoVATGroup members, your transfer will be processed on the original dates expected so nothing changes for you either.
The notifications are completely fine to ignore and only get sent to you as its your email address on the account.

The process of re-transferring all the credits again has started, it may take a little while.

Hi, if you are reading this and didnt get our mass email make sure you have registered on the forums here ucp.php?mode=register and if you have registered and the email didnt arrive, check your settings incase you turned off "allow admins to email me".

Hi, just a quick note, when the pending transfers are cancelled and they go back on the account, you are not going to be paid them again, when a new request comes in for payment, you are only paid on those credits earned since last payment, eg the ones owed.
Each transfer request is checked and rechecked to make sure the exact amount of owed funds is sent only.

Hi, normally you have a set X amount you wish to be transferred, we were unable to locate the message due to the volume of messages incoming.
Do you wish for a set amount to be sent or shall we process all?
