Hi, AW recently sent out an email about failed transfers, this means the credits were placed back on your account for us to re-transfer, as this is a manula process we have to do all members individually and its usually done when you are getting a new payout, so your credits may say for instance 1000 credits transferred, but this will include the failed transfers and you are only paid for the earnings since last payment.
You also may notice alot of credits you dont remember earning since last pay, this is the reason and you have already been paid for them (check your bank).
