Delays in customer service response times

Hi, as we on-board 342 new members and the usual daily workload still exists the main priorities will to make sure everyone is paid. Responses to queries coming will be delayed while the service stabilises after the influx of new members.
In terms of time management, the more time we spend replying to people the more time it takes for them to be paid.
Everything should settle down over the course of the week and things will return to normal.
If your query is outside the scope of the normal customer service staff and requires an admin to reply this will also delay the response time.
