USD outbound payments 2nd Sept 2023

Hi all, there was some issuing with delayed payments yesterday, all sent off from here at the usual time but were either delayed arriving or didnt arrive.

The bank says:

"There appears to have been an internal IT issue with some of our payments being stuck in a workflow state preventing from release.

Our IT teams are working on this as a priority and I have escalated your payments as urgent."


If anyone needs their funds resent from another bank let us know and we'll do it today, this means you will be paid twice and your account will go into negative as the original payment will still be arriving.
