Admin why no replies and no payouts

Hello admin
Like a few others on here, I have been trying to reach you regarding a payout
I have also now sent a request to be released from adult work.
I have sent numerous emails, called your office number, and left messages on Skype to no avail
I have been trying to contact you since Thursday.
This is very concerning considering I put a lot through you and now I'm in limbo
Can you update, please
