Not paid and been blocked- Sexual exploitation and immoral gains

I have not been paid, and I have been blocked on Whatsap for asking constantly for payment *(a month now) , I plan to take this matter further, as I'm sure this must fall under sexual exploitation and illegally gained income. Many ladies who work in this industry are vulnerable, and there're laws in place to protect us from exploitation. There are some awful pages written online about Colin, but I chose to give him the benefit of the doubt. I have been nothing but calm and polite with my requests, but I'm backed into a corner, where I suspect he wants me to leave (without my funds owed) .
I am constantly told only main admin can sort this out and that they will 'when they get time' . It has been over a month - all I want to do is take my money and leave !
