SP/CMD Timezone conflict

Hi all, a difference in timezones on the SP/CMD sites from what the member sees and what the studio sees has led to a string of "errors", if for instance you worked at 11pm on a Monday, depending on your timezone, it may show as 1am on a Tuesday here for example, giving the impression that earnings are incorrect, when really we are seeing different totals for each day.

This is being looked into by SP/CMD at the moment for a potential fix.

This has also generated a large body of customer service work we are struggling to keep up with at this moment.

Hi, to note, any queries in relation to SP/CMD earnings may be delayed as this is worked out by the sites SP and CMD. Earnings should total up ok overall, just not on the days expected due to the timezones.
