Credits earned Sunday 8th September still not paid

Can you please look at the emails I've sent? 30 credits are still unpaid. I know it doesn't seem like a lot but it all adds up and it's happened twice now in a very short space of time. I'm finding it stressful trying to get in touch with you 
Everything since has been paid fine, it's only the 30 from Sunday missing. Thank you
