Incorrect Payment Niteflirt

I submitted a ticket on September 11th about incorrect payment. I never got a response. I waited four days to reach out again via Skype and email and still no response. Now today I still have not received my latest payment and I'm not seeing anywhere stating there's a delay. Can someone please help with these issues?
