Hi all, the storm has taken out our electric and internet (and windows in the office), the back up generator is running now but we are restoring the systems slowly.

Payments are slowly being made, everything is being processed. All efforts will be on getting everyone paid so customer service will be delayed.

Hi all, still no power or net here from the mains, with the windows being broke and the main door not closing its getting very cold and dark, we have our torches on and will continue to process as many payments as possible. Hard to move the hands at this point.

Our main UK sending bank is down for maintenance at the moment, we'll continue tring to send the payfiles off for this morning.
