The wrong country is shown on my AW profile

Hi. For some reason, on my AW profile it's always shown me as being from the U.K, which I am not. When I try to change it to U.S.A. (which is where I am from), it tells me that I'm not authorized to make that change. 
Also, I see that for the U.S. it wants me to select a county and a town. I'm not comfortable revealing what county/town I live in (that's way more information than these guys need). The only thing I'm comfortable revealing is my country and state (Maryland), so if it makes me put in a county/town I will have to lie and just say I'm in Baltimore, Maryland or something.
But first and foremost, I need to resolve the issue with it not allowing me to change my country from UK to US. Please help. Thanks!
