I sent an email last Friday (12th) and had the auto response telling me to wait 7 days for a reply which I did, however I didn't get a response. I know you're very busy so no worries there. I sent a second email on Friday (19th) but am wondering if the reason I have not received any replies is because the loan service is offline?

Even a yes/no the loans are online/offline would suffice. I'm trying my absolute best to get an answer without spamming these forums or repeatedly emailing but it seems that good behaviour doesn't work

Seriously though, I am doing everything right and its 10 days now that I've been waiting.

One forum post, one email, one follow up email a week later. I know I haven't done anything wrong, but I have a nagging feeling that well... nagging might work?!

Yh i think its down hun i remember seeing someone else asking a couple weeks ago and admin said it was offline. Hes got like hundreds of emails coming in everyday so doesnt allways get to reply to everyone anymore im afraid.

Sorry to jump on your post. Am sure admin would get around to you when he can. On a side note.... Nagging or implying that you should isn't going to do you any favours.....

Hi, loan service is offline for UK bank members mainly. As the form currently doesnt separate payoneer/uk prepaid members from the UK bank members the whole form was turned off.

Will have a search for emails now.
