PROBLEM!! Clients not getting into my room HELP??

Hey

Hope your all well!!??

I have had a few problems over this past week where when the client enters my room they are in there a max of a minute before the get kicked by the system and then it takes a further 10 times or more sometimes before they can get back into my room.

My clients are getting pretty pissed as it is also happening when they come grp or pvt. They have confimed that it is not just in my room but other peoples as well, so i was just wondering if any one else has had the problem and if so have they managed to sort it . Or any ideas of what to do.

The clients have said that its been happening scince AW last went down and not been right scince, I have sent a message to AW asking whats going on also.

It is loosing me business and cash.

Any help would be greatly recieved

Ladies ,i have low frame rates when camming with the online version of justcamit,i have 100mb download and 6mb upload ,the cam and the computer health seems to be in condition,have any of you experienced the same issue,or it is just me?

I have contacted AW and they sent me a link to read as that might help, but it didnt. It happens to be all my regulars to, which im fiding annoying.

ADMIN have you any advice on this,

I have re installed JCI but still the same, i also re installed java but still no good, so i dont know what to do either

Any one any ideas.

Problem i have is that is so slow to load when someone comes into my room, wasn't a issue though until the recent outage .

All my regulars reporting similar problems! I'm also being told The cam client on their end is crashing and freezing. Alot of people and coming in leaving after about a min, coming back 15 mins later, it freezes again. It's fine on my end, no problems at all but apparently the camera freezes on their side, they can't type and the maximum I've had someone in for is a few mins before they are being kicked out... Getting Annoyed Aw is getting worse. Any updates on Admin setting up their own site?? Please!!!! At this rate you wont have to worry about AW being your main earner because no one will be earning on it anyway.

Same here .. I have major issues with clients entering my room and the cam is not loading or being blanc .. Freezing the lot... But mainly they say they any see me .. Been happing fora while now on and off .. Had a Amin of aw say it was something to do with my CPU percentage I closed down all other running program's and still no better ..

Yet again another whole day of JCI issues .... All day !!! I do not understand why aw cannot rectify this problem? Punters saying they cannot see me on cam that it is blanc? Wtf .. Annoying is not the word .. Has anyone else had issues today ?

Mine's fine when it eventually loads, its just the fact it can take upto 30 secs to bloody load..its annoying to say the least.

None of my clients have been able to stay in my room for longer than a few seconds tonight without them getting kicked out. This is really unacceptable and honestly, we've all been having problems since AW went down and if this continues then the guys will go elsewhere. Why can't they just sort these problems out once and for all?

Same here, nothing but problems since site last went down!.

First my cam/audio out of sync (still are).... and now no fucker can hear me at all & yet audio devices with both my webcam & system mic are working perfectly fine when I use elsewhere!, it's a real issue for me them not being able to hear me as I have really bad eyesight (even with glasses, & me squinting at the screen in order to type with two fingers IS NOT what you'd call sexy believe me).

Getting so pissed off with it, have earned next to nothing lately & I'm totally not motivated to even bother to log-in.... have no choice but to try SM (reluctantly) and if AW continue to refuse acceptance that the problems are their side of the fence & not ours, then many providers/clients will sadly find alternatives.

Almost forgot .... Seems direct chat maybe having ISSUES now as well?, someone told me they had been trying to call me all night on Friday (was available/not on another call etc) the thing is with phones, is that we have no way of knowing unless someone kindly takes the time to email us, but most will just move on & not bother.

Just to update....

Sent a ticket to Streaming networks support, and they were very helpful & quick to respond, explained about the adobe flash thing,
but my cam freezing etc had actually been due to my bandwidth settings being wrong (funny that I never had a problem before though?), & the lack of audio issue was because although it showed as enabled when I opened JCI, it wasn't turned on via the JCI settings on my AW profile .... what a dippy moo I am

So no, I won't be joining Streamate.... I'm far too confuckingfused already!.

Hi Mistress Diane,

I had my image size @ 320x240 & bandwidth set to 200 kbps, JCI support told me to set bandwidth to 350kbps, I also had audio as MP3 so have also changed to speedex (that's supposed to say Speex, d'you see why I can't type on cam!) .... all seems still seems to be working fine.
