Hi, have replied a few times now so im guessing they arent going through (spam box?), for the underpayment, check your statement page for refunds.

Hi, I remember now, as you mentioned monthly pay in your email the pay was set to pending, we had replied to one of your emails asking was the account suppose to be set to monthly pay but no response came through, im guessing now it wasnt. Will have pay sent in a moment.
