Pending ticket?

Hi, I've got a pending ticket regarding funds from the 11th and 12th, but I'm not sure if it's a working system since I used the new site one not the old site one. I've no idea! I came back after a long absence and I'm not sure what I need to do to get my daily pay started again! Hee.
