I've emailed about a loan saturday do I have to open a ticket an if so how sorry never done a ticket dont want to email an an ask again thanks

Hi, system doesnt appear to want to let me in at the moment sorry, if your able to can you post the request here and I can process it, otherwise I will recheck the system in an hours time to see if its running again. System is hosted by Yahoo.
