Hi, found it, processed the application, when you add some pics/content etc let me know as I cant add you into the pay process fully until your showing on the AW site.

Hi, application will be in the queue, once processed both AW and us will email.

You have signed up to Payout On Request so it will be this form http://www.dailypayservice.com/main/ind ... &ff_page=1 once signed up.
