credits earnt yesterday 20/09/ and from the day before

and not received pay today, waited all day to see if anything but still nothing. please can you pay me.

Hi, unfortunately we missed the cut off period with the bank it seems earlier, didnt know it existed until today, funds have been sent our end and should arrive in the morning.
