When it is loaded can you clear my loan with it and add a new one please for the full amount?

Have just seen that I'm not the only one who wasn't paid today so it's obviously an error on the card issuer's side.

Hi, loan was done with yesterday pay, even though they didnt process the file yet its still been sent off sorry and we are unable to change it.

thats ok there's no need to change it if it's been done already, as long as it was sent at some point. do you know roughly when i'll receive everything from yesterday and today?
