I saw the post from admin stating the payouts were sent today, but I haven't received any. I tried the forms, and emailing directly, but still no response?

Hi, your payout wouldnt be connected to the "All pay sent" thread as its payout on request. No form arrived either sorry, this is the new form incase you may be using an older version? http://adultworkforum.com/dpforms/index ... est-payout
