The payout schedule for Adultwork has been updated to twice daily, 7 days a week (instead of the older once per day in the morning).

Staff aim to process all standard requests within 24hours of them being submitted. A non-standard request would be adding a note to say Payout 60 credits, staff would have to wait for 60 credits to be available before they can send it, meaning it may pass our 24hour target for processing the request.

In general payout staff will process 2 batches daily, once in the morning around 9am and once at night around 9pm.

If you submit a request just after the morning batch is done then it will most likely be actioned in the night time batch. If you submit after the night time batch then it will most likely be actioned in the morning.

The general minimum for payout is 100 credits.

AW only allow credits to be transferred 24 hours after they mature. So if you only get a portion of the amount you expected its nearly always related to this, re-submit another form when they are available.

It is very rare but a negative balance on AW can affect payout.

Particularly large payout requests if requested late in the day may only arrive in the morning, this is due to the bank manually checking them during their own opening hours.

Payouts made to Paypal/Crypto or Cosmo are not sent instantly when the credits are taken like bank transfers, they require as admin to process, most people will never notice the time delay as it is usually very short.

You can add notes such as:

- Leave 10 credits please (staff will try to leave at least the number of credits you have specified)
- Payout after 4pm on Monday (it would then be done in the night time batch on the Monday)
- Payout 60 credits please (staff will payout as close as possible)

If requests are made via customer service channels, eg emails, AW messages, whatsapp or skype then delays will be expected as those staff run on different timetables and their job role is different (eg customer service not payouts). Forms submitted here go directly to payout staff.

Members on Weeklypay may use this form anytime they wish also.
Chatrecruit payout requests are sent once per day between morning and late afternoon.

They get sent on all 7 days of the week and should arrive on the day they are sent with the exception of bank transfers to countries with banks that only operate on working days, eg US, CAD, AUS, Euro.
Payouts from USD sites work on week days only, they do not work on weekends or bank holidays.

USD payouts are sent once per day in the morning time. If the request comes in after the morning batch is done it will be done on the next working day. This is mainly due to USD to GBP (or other) international wire transfers only operating on working days and do have a hard cut off point which is outside of our control.

If your bank is located in the UK payments usually arrive around 2 hours after we send them (if sent before the cut off point). For other currencies it may be +1/+2 working days.

Special note: There is currently 1 specific exception, this is related to legacy members on Streamate, for your earnings they currently arrive on weekends also.
