I was trying not to bring this into a more public eye, but after sending you 3 different messages since Nov 4th, each time asking you to make my skyprivate account independent, I have received zero replies or recognition on my request.

Hi, posting on the forums is fine yes, CS staff this morning sent a message to SP for the release, will be in progress. If not released by end of the 19th let us know and we will contact them again thanks.

Currently on SP, it says I'm still signed under dailypayserviceuk.

Just to summarise what happened after my first post here, in case anyone else is in the same situation:
- On 17th, DPS got back to me via whatsapp to say that admin will "action when free"
- On 18th, DPS got back to me on the forum, skype, and whatsapp to clarify that the release request has been sent to SP, and to contact again if account is not released by the end of 19th
- Nov 20th, SP account still not released, however this appears to be SP at fault, not DPS. Honestly I'm just happy to have communication with DPS finally.
- Nov 21st: I contact SP to ask if the request was made and what the ETA is. SP tells me they will get back to me within 24 hours.
- Nov 22nd: my account is released.
If anybody else is in this situation: you have to message DPS across *multiple platforms* if there are no responses on one platform. I genuinely believed I was getting ignored on purpose, and that was a deeply concerning situation. Now that I'm independent again, the situation doesn't feel so dire, and I can see things more clearly. I just think DPS was/is overloaded with more messages than they can handle, not that there was some bad intentions against me specifically.
I hope DPS can manage the signup wave caused by BM earlier in the year. It's comforting to have services like this available. Honestly, the lack of communication is my only complaint for the few months I was with you. I hope things can improve, it would make this a great service.
