Incorrect Pay

Hi this week I have been paid incorrectly 3 times. This includes money earned after midnight which has then never appeared in my account. Is it also near impossible to work out what will be in my account as there doesn't seem to be any correlation between the percentages you supply and the amount that actually arrives?

For example last night I earned roughly 365 credits and this morning have been paid £128 (admittedly some is after midnight but I can't work this out until I know the exact amount to deduct from earnings, but even this figure is incorrect) Yet last week I earned 665 and was paid £440, which also works out incorrectly.

Please can you explain the exact percentage you are taking everyday as I am sure that I have outstanding credits from multiple payments.

The figures you have are incorrect in your post. Eg yesterday was 224.27 credits.

Directcam is -41%.

Hi, the £440 is perfectly correct, I am sure I replied to this elsewhere also.

End of day 9th earnings was 662.44 credits, for first pay(sent on the 10th) this is 662.44 -33.5% = £440.52 which is 100% perfectly fine nothing wrong with it at all in the slightest.
