£100 max payouts during these delays??

Hi, when these delays are happening are daily pay still doing the £100max payout that would really help as have bills out today, and no money at all for food etc.....I put in a requests last week before the delays and received nothing...would have taken more out last week if I thought this delay would happen again.. x
