Could you please answer my questions i put forward to you in 2 emails sent on the 27th Jan and 31st Jan please in regards to ALL questions asked. The payment was amended yes after asking again on the 31st to sort that out for now as its obviously the main important point of the original email. I still have had NO response despite a message on here saying you are checking the figures. And regarding an amount that hit my account when i have not worked, again i emailed without any response or explanation of this transaction, and also asked for the questions to be answered in the 27th email.

I want to change my Payout method with you but i must be honest i have no confidence on the admin side that this will be either done efficiently, and or ignored.

Im on auto daily pay but wish to switch to which ever option(s) bring me down to the 3.5% fee. I have previously asked for any charges in percentages you guys charge and this is what i found. i could be mistaken. I'm currently paying 6%

On the form it doesn't seem to give you any indication of when it will effective from or estimated time scales etc

I can just see me doing this Form and them being ignored when I'm asking when the weekly pay will start from.

Please respond to emails i have previously sent, they are relevant in what I'm asking today, and to clarify things on the agreement i have with you for paying me through AW.
And again I'm STILL confused on auto daily payouts. Some times i wait 1 day (very rare) i mainly have to wait two days.
Im highlighting this AGAIN (see email) as i worked last night post 5.30pm, totting over to the next day (today) but have already been paid?
I can't keep up to date with what seems on my account arratic Payment days.

Please forward any information or rules etc so i don't have to keep writing these emails and posts on the forum. (i have already said this in my email)

Hi, Auto dp is free. Has been since Oct 2015.

Payout on request gives you an extra 2.5% more than AW payouts out. EG AW payout is 36%. We pay 33.5% for payout on request.

Replying to email at the moment.

Do you wish for the account to be changed to Weekly Pay? If yes, which day do you want?

Hi, as with most, the confusion may be from believing group transfers/running AW balance is somehow related to your pay. Its not.
