Sorry to pester but I am really desperate

I really really don't want to pester but I am starting to get very stressed financially not being able to work on AW for a week. I still have received no answer from AW about what it means being blocked from pay per min on direct cam or any help whatsoever and I really don't want to have to rely on MFC etc. I did attempt to set up streamate via dailypay about 3/4 weeks ago but haven't had anything back since I was told to e-mail you guys back with a new e-mail address. I really wouldn't keep posting but I am getting so worried and don't know what else to do.

I haven't heard anything back about opening a streamate account from you guys yet since I was asked to send an alternative e-mail address.

Still absolutely nothing from adultwork regarding being blocked from pay per min on directcam. With other problems they have been so good replying in the past but nothing this time around quite worrying & so desperate to get back up and running on there properly. If there is anything at all you can do to help with AW it would be so so sooo greatly appreciated
