Missed pay from 2nd jan

Hiya sent an email and also tried whatsapp but to be honest I don't use that only installed it to send the message and I don't even know if I did it right or if you would have even got it lol anyway I got January 3rd pay absolutely fine but I'm missing 90 credits from the day before... I'm guessing same as usual it getting glanced over with it just looking like zero... if you could check for me would be very grateful thanks

can someone please tell me if i am getting 2.5% more as im in pay on request.. what is the actual % im getting and what % is getting taken off. i like to know exactly how much to expect xx thank you xx
