i can click on two way chat for c2c in justcamit HELP!!

OK so wen I right click somebodys name the two way chat is not highlighted to click as it normal,its been 2 days like it now I have removed and downloaded it again no idear what do to get it back ???any ideas

You need to reset your Jci audio and video settings to the default settings.... Hope that helps..

2-Way Cam only works with H264 video and Speex audio. Set each via the Video and Audio menus within JustCamIt.

I had the same problem (c2c feature being grayed out in the JCI software), so I had to switch to using the online version of JustCamIt (videochat.tv), and it works fine for me with that version.

Mine has worked fine until this morning! I logged in and did c2c. Then, when the next guy came private it wouldn't work! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Been having issues for weeks .. Blanc screen .. Iam now receiving neg feedback and horrible ones at that due to this problem . I had to block my feedback from showing now due to this problem !! I give up

Does any of you ladies crashes each time when try to open c2c?I got that problem for month now,lf you know how to fix it,would be very helpful....

Another time waster,sooo i searched into their "HELP" center and seem for each of the issues we are getting ,they throw the problem to the flash player version,by example if you crash during the 2-way cam you need to switch to older flash version-well this is not possible at least adobe flash installer say so,If you have your clients kicked out-it is becouse you use justcamit tv SERIOUSLY???-that's what their help center says!!!So what we do?We are there to make money,i dont need to be a computer geek,this is not my job,but making no money and loosing clients is my job.Do they have phone?I am so willing to call and tell them everything that have been put in this topic!
